Currently a nomadic art creator, Dicapria started working as a freelance artist since the age of 17 and jumped into a career of making odd art things ever since. Her background is in theatre design work (scenic painting, prop design, puppets, production design) as well as curating, producing site specific performance art, and managing artists. Since 2013, she has took to the road, traveling the country in a 1971 campervan and focusing more on public street art and fine art including a series of gummie bear mandala light installations and a painting series on wood inspired by sacred geometry, ancient alchemy linework, and native textile design work.

She has a broad range of experience ranging from designing a dystopian set for a rock opera based on the lolcats meme, directing/producing a multi-media shadow puppetry show at the Long Beach Museum of Art, building puppets for various fringe festivals, building tiny diorama sets for a parody webseries based on geekdom fantasy worlds by the Fine Bros, curating guerilla art shows, stage managing childrens theatre, live painting at various west coast music festivals, painting public murals around Brooklyn, NY and Long Beach, California, to designing stages for music performances.

Originally from Miami, Florida, she has also lived in Provo, Utah, Sarasota, Florida, Long Beach, California, Brooklyn, New York, and now Oakland, California. After spending the majority of the last three years traveling the country, camping in National Parks, and spending spurts of time in other large cities, she is currently focusing on an art series dedicated to her travels and lessons from life on the road.
