Shipping and Delivery Details
Our products are made in house to order, please allow 5-7 business days for production. Once your order is printed and sewn, we will email you with your tracking number (Canada & USA orders) to confirm your order. Once an order has left our office, it is in the care of the courier/postal service. So Tight is not liable for any errors made by these services.
International Shipping (Outside Canada & USA)
Please note, our free international shipping option DOES NOT come with a tracking number. So Tight is not responsible for any lost items.
Taxes and International Duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which is decided once a shipment reaches the destination country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. So Tight cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. We take all necessary steps to clearly, accurately, and comprehensively label the package to ensure a smooth international shipping process through customs. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary from country to country.
Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. If you refuse a shipment from So Tight, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to So Tight.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
So Tight has a 30 Day Exchange on all items. If your tights don’t fit or if you don’t love it as much as you hoped, you can simply exchange it. Your tights need to be unwashed and unworn in order to exchange. Unfortunately we can’t accept exchanges for any items that show signs of being worn. Please note that all postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless you received the incorrect item or the item is faulty.
